Travel Packages
Through our travel business, Destination Sport Experiences, charities can offer fundraisers access to our travel packages which include guaranteed entry, accommodation and other participant benefits such as group runs/cycles, pasta parties, escorted trips to race expos and airport transfers.
Charities don’t have to purchase a minimum number of entries, only what you have demand for. So, it’s a risk free and budget friendly way to get involved with world leading events.

From our selection of running, cycling and triathlon events below, simply let us know which events you’re interested in and how many entries you require.

STEP 2
We’ll send you the breakdown cost of the entry, hotel and other package inclusions. Once happy, start recruiting fundraisers and we’ll get them signed up and begin organising everything for you from there.

We’re a flexible bunch and can split the cost of the package up between the charity and your fundraisers, so let us know if this is something you’d like us to do.

Hotel programmes for runners with own entries
Our running division, Marathon Tours & Travel, are the Official Participant Hotel Provider of the TCS London Marathon 2025. For UK or international runners who have already secured their event entry we are offering hotel accommodation, ideal for accessing the start and finish of the race over one, two or more nights.
We also offer charities and their event fundraisers the chance to secure hotel only options across the rest of our events. We can create bespoke options for your group of fundraisers in a hotel of your choosing, so drop us a note if you’d like us to help you with accommodation options.
Own Place Fundraisers – COMING SOON!
We also enable charities to be listed within the booking process for our running, cycling and triathlon events across all three of the Destination Sport Experience brands. This offers a great way to get your charity in front of our customers who are securing their own entry and who may be interested in using the place to fundraise for you or make an on-the-spot donation.
